– Topic: An Introduction to Baby Massage –

Baby massage is a beautiful way to slow down, connect with your baby and become more confident in responding to their cues through touch.

Join Gayle Friedman for a relaxed, practical introduction to baby massage, where she’ll guide you through simple massage techniques that you can continue at home. We’ll explore how massage can become part of your time together, with a particular focus on bonding, relaxation, settling and digestive comfort.

This will be a hands-on session, so please bring a towel for your baby.

The session is best suited to parents and babies from around 3 weeks to 6 months old, and partners are very welcome to join.

As always, there will be time for questions, conversation and connection in a warm, supportive space.

Babies are very welcome. In fact, they’re an essential part of this one!

For those who enjoy the session and would like to continue, Gayle will also be offering monthly baby massage classes at Peak Family Practice.
