This service is available to existing patients who have had an in-person consultation at Peak Family Practice within the past 12 months.

Each request is reviewed by a doctor. If a consultation or examination is needed before treatment can continue, we will advise you to book an appointment.

Doctor-led follow-up for established patients when a physical examination is not required.

Suitable for:

  • Discussing new or ongoing health concerns

  • Reviewing test results and their implications

  • Checking progress and deciding on next steps

  • Clinical advice when telephone contact is appropriate

To support safe and thorough care, this service is available only to patients seen at the practice within the past 12 months

If your concern requires examination or a more detailed assessment, we will ask you to book an in-person consultation.

Aesthetic Medicine

— First Consultation —

A gentle, medical approach to facial rejuvenation.

Includes:

  • Full facial assessment by a doctor

  • Discussion of aesthetic concerns and goals

  • Personalised treatment plan focused on balanced, natural results

The consultation fee applies only to new aesthetic patients and is separate from the cost of treatment.
If treatment is appropriate after consultation, follow-up care and pricing are discussed individually.
To comply with medical advertising regulations, specific product names and pricing cannot be listed publicly and are provided during consultation.

Well-Baby Checks

— Nurse-led with GP oversight —

Routine monitoring and reassurance during your baby’s key developmental stages and any time you need guidance or have concerns.

Includes:

  • Growth tracking (weight, length/height, head circumference)

  • Age-appropriate developmental review

  • Feeding, sleep and routine support

  • Dedicated time for parent questions

  • First routine visit is recommended at 2 weeks

  • When due and clinically appropriate, immunisations can be discussed as part of the visit

Children aged 2 - 13 Years
A yearly developmental and well-being review as your child grows.

Includes:

  • Growth monitoring

  • Developmental milestone review

  • Nutrition, sleep and lifestyle guidance

  • Time for child and parent questions

  • When due and clinically appropriate, immunisations can be discussed as part of the visit

Please note that the Nurse will refer your child to a GP for consultation if medically indicated, which will incur additional fees.

Stress ECG (Exercise ECG)

— Doctor-Led Cardiac Assessment —

A medically supervised assessment of how your heart performs under physical exertion.

Stress ECG testing helps evaluate heart rhythm, blood pressure response, exercise tolerance, and cardiovascular performance while your heart is working harder — often revealing concerns not seen on a resting ECG alone.

Includes:

  • Review of symptoms, medical history, and cardiac risk factors

  • Resting ECG and blood pressure assessment

  • Supervised exercise ECG testing using our medical-grade bicycle ergometer

  • Continuous heart rhythm and blood pressure monitoring during exercise

  • Doctor interpretation and guidance regarding next steps if needed

Lung Function Testing (Spirometry)

A detailed assessment of how well your lungs are working, performed using medical-grade spirometry equipment.

Lung function testing helps assess breathing capacity and airflow, supporting the diagnosis and monitoring of conditions such as asthma, chronic cough, and other respiratory concerns.

Includes:

  • Review of respiratory symptoms, medical history, and risk factors

  • Baseline lung function assessment using spirometry

  • Measurement of airflow, lung capacity, and breathing performance

  • Pre- and post-bronchodilator testing where clinically indicated

  • Doctor interpretation and discussion of the results

  • Guidance regarding treatment, monitoring, or further investigations if needed

A detailed, technology-assisted skin assessment designed to document and monitor your moles over time.

Using advanced FotoFinder imaging technology, we capture high-resolution images of your skin and examine individual lesions in detail, helping to identify concerning changes earlier and creating a visual baseline for long-term monitoring.

Includes:

  • Review of personal and family skin cancer risk factors

  • Full skin examination by your doctor

  • High-resolution digital mole imaging and mapping

  • Detailed assessment of individual moles using magnified dermoscopic imaging

  • Secure photographic baseline for future comparison and monitoring

  • Doctor-led interpretation and guidance regarding any lesions requiring follow-up or specialist referral
