From pregnancy through the toddler years, the First 1000 Days is a remarkable window of growth, for babies and parents.
Join us for a relaxed morning with Dr Tegan, Dr Megan and Sr Jemima. At this friendly tea, our team will share practical guidance for feeding, sleep, development and emotional connection, with plenty of time for your questions, and space to connect with a community of fellow moms.
Babies and toddlers are warmly welcome!

Location
This event will be hosted at Peak Family Practice, 4 Victoria Avenue, Hout Bay.
We’ll gather in our multipurpose room alongside the Peak playground at the back of the building.
Parking
There is parking available directly outside the practice for your convenience. If those bays are occupied, you’ll also find lots of free street parking close by.
