The first 1000 days, from pregnancy through the postpartum and breastfeeding period, is an important window for both maternal wellbeing and baby’s development. At this mom’s meet, presented by Sonia Malczyk, we’ll cover the key nutrients to prioritise, simple ways to build nourishing meals, and nutrition strategies to support recovery after birth and during breastfeeding.
Sonia is a registered dietitian specialising in fertility and prenatal nutrition. She helps women optimise their health before and during pregnancy, focusing on practical, evidence-based guidance. Sonia is passionate about the first 1000 days and empowering parents with simple, sustainable nutrition strategies.
