First Saturday Of Every Month
10:00am

A gentle, supportive yoga practice created especially for pregnancy and the months after birth.

Join Gayle Friedman at Peak Family Practice for monthly Pregnancy and Mom+Baby Yoga: a welcoming space to move, breathe, strengthen and reconnect with your body through the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and early motherhood.

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga combines gentle movement, stretching, strengthening and breathwork to support your changing body throughout pregnancy and help you prepare physically and mentally for birth.

Classes can help you:

  • Maintain strength, mobility and flexibility during pregnancy

  • Ease common pregnancy-related tension and discomfort

  • Develop body awareness and breathing techniques

  • Explore movement and positions that may be helpful during labour

  • Make time to slow down, breathe and connect with your changing body and your baby

No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Mom+Baby Yoga

A relaxed, baby-friendly class designed for the postnatal months.

Mom+Baby Yoga offers an opportunity to gently return to movement, rebuild strength and mobility, and enjoy some restorative time with your baby.

Babies are very much part of the class. Feeding, changing, cuddling and settling are all welcome.
