Sick happens — but confidence helps. Join Dr Tegan, Dr Megan, and Sr Jemima for a relaxed morning of practical advice on preventing illness, supporting little immune systems, and building a simple, GP-approved home medicine box, with time for questions and connection.

Location

This event will be hosted at Peak Family Practice, 4 Victoria Avenue, Hout Bay.
We’ll gather in our multipurpose room alongside the Peak playground at the back of the building.
